Many are not seeing that the fed has a direct effect on other countries when they print the USD (electronic or not) When the USD prints their money costs less and makes the use of their dollars to export our products in Canada more expensive to the world. Now when Japan prints to keep their Tv’s cheap enough for us and the world to buy they will find our products more expensive and we in turn have to put our printing in action too or else we kill our exports.

The Government always wins. We always lose. Now how is that really going to change with all this printing??

Why doesn’t Japan know how to do QE right yet? They need to learn from the experts at our federal reserve. Zero interest rates guaranteed for at least several more years AND open ended QE at 40 billion/month with NO stop date. Now that’s real QE!

    lol!

    what about MY pension?

  9. BiggerThinking1 May 14, 2009 at 12:49 am #

The last two Japanese QE’s made no noticeable dent whatsoever – the FX fluctuations was less than the daily range anyway – just about 1 cent.

Precious metals are for the very long haul – like your teenage daughter’s pension. That’s what you buy precious metals.

I can’t believe they now openly do so, but they will not admit it.
What I like to know is, why in the world do all these TV weather people not openly mention that everyday. Like: “we have heavy chemtrails all over Long Island today”, etc.

PS A big house loan at a 2% fix rate.

  13. MiranUT May 14, 2009 at 2:49 am #

As you said: It’s a race to the bottom. I’m as prepared as I can be! PM, rice and beans, a big house loan and no other debt. Ready for inflation! I’ve been enjoying buying cheaper imported items (especially non-radioactive food) from overseas!

You have done the right thing. This paper manipulation scheme can only last so much longer. Silver is still the greatest opportunity we have seen in generations. I continue pondering selling my 1973 Chevy Blazer to load up even more. I have been researching the tiny 35 billion dollar silver market for 4 years now and this is what I honestly believe.

the USA’s recent QE and now Japans 17th QE, and silver is still at $35?
I’m beginning to wonder if all my stacking is ever going to reward me

This is nothing new in the ‘global’ monetairy system. This is how the system works. We create ‘our world’ out of thin air. It’s a mathematical calculation.

How do you measure, use the Kondratiev wave.
or the Gaussian Curve: Employability is equal, Production rising quick, Purchasing power drops quick, World currencies Dollar/Euro/Yuan/Yen balanced —> End = default = world currency

Any country under control by the central banks is done. We need a National strike. Until the government takes back the power to print the money, we are going to be screwed by the zionist banksters. Why are people still going to work, trading their REAL labor for FAKE money that has no value? Gold is the money of kings; silver is the money of gentlemen; barter is the money of peasants; but debt is the money of slaves. — Norm Franz.

    GAME OVER
    wishfull thinking

    We’re leaving together
    But still it’s farewell
    And maybe we’ll come back,
    To earth, who can tell?

I guess there is no one to blame
    We’re leaving ground (leaving ground)
Will things ever be the same again?
    It’s the final countdown.
    The final countdown.

We’ve been through this such a long long time
Just tryin’ to kill the pain, ooh yeah
But lovers always come and lovers always go
An’ no one’s really sure who’s lettin’ go today, walking away
